superb stay close to the sea
great location cute hosts dog friendly
I appreciated the location near the seafront. It was only a short walk. the hosts were very cute and cooked a really good breakfast daily. i liked that the place was dog friendly. there was free parking on site, great (no need to worry about extra fees).
the room lacked a shower mat, which posed a slip hazard.

the hosts provided fresh milk in small flasks from the fridge, a thoughtful touch. homemade biscuits and cakes were available throughout the weekend. the owners were helpful and attentive.

excellent stay NEAR the sea
amazing breakfast fresh milk convenient location onsite parking
Nikki prepared amazing breakfasts each morning. Her poached eggs were perfect and the ingredients were clearly top-tier. i ESPECIALLY loved the fresh milk in the small bottles and the homemade biscuits. the guesthouse sits quite close to the promenade. The location was perfect for accessing both the beach and the shops. parking onsite provided additional convenience.
I noticed no shower mat inside the shower. This small detail slightly detracted from an otherwise superb experience. it's a minor point. addressing it would enhance safety.

The double room included great quality towels plus toiletries. The room itself was clean. fresh milk for tea plus coffee was freely available. Homemade treats were also a nice touch. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

Nikki and pete are excellent hosts. They welcomed me warmly! my double room had an comfy king-sized bed with plenty of storage space. breakfast was cooked perfectly each morning! homemade cakes and biscuits were available daily. A thoughtful touch i definitely appreciated!
there were rickety drawers. it was a minor inconvenience, but i thought it worth mentioning.

rickety drawers missing shower mat
the location was acceptable enough.
there was no shower mat provided. i had a nasty fall. the drawers were rickety and difficult to open and shut. the bedside cabinet door wouldn't shut either. this.
